?to assist in corporate secretarial & administrative matters;
?to conduct research and collection on information/data/policies/laws for corporate secretarial issues;
?filling, update, maintain as well as take custody of all relevant statutory records, books, forms and documents;
?to correspond with authorities/ third agent in connection with corporate secretarial issues for clients;
?to draft all kinds of government application papers and letters for clients;
?to arrange and take minutes for regular internal meeting;
?to support in typing, preparation and updating of documentations with regards to corporate assignments such as change of directors/shareholders, authorized signatory and other ad-hoc projects etc;
?other daily housekeeping and administrative works such as filing, photocopying, delivery, typing etc.
job specific requirements
?bachelor degree majoring in law (icsa preferred), business administration or english is needed; but working experience is not a must;
?confident and experience in liaising with government department will be an advantage, but not essential;
?excellent communication, efficient, diligent and responsible in following up on outstanding matters;
?good knowledge, understanding and experience in company legislation, corporate secretarial procedures, regulatory codes and compliance requirements;
?meticulous & able to work independently
?preferably able to commence work immediately or within short notice
?good command of both written and spoken english, cet 6 above.

一、協(xié)助部門經(jīng)理做好本部門的日常事務(wù)工作。
二、負(fù)責(zé)本部門員工的入職、晉職(級)、獎懲、離職、考勤等整理、跟蹤工作。
三、負(fù)責(zé)對本部門的固定資產(chǎn)、低值易耗品進(jìn)行定期盤點、清查和保養(yǎng),健全資產(chǎn)賬目,做好本門部資產(chǎn)的轉(zhuǎn)入、轉(zhuǎn)出、報廢等,并定期核對。
四、參與本部門召開的各種會議及工作研究,做好會議記錄。
五、起草本部門相關(guān)文件,文件包括:工作計劃、總結(jié)、報告、申請、通啟等。
六、做好本部門文件的收發(fā)、登記、傳閱、歸檔等及保密工作。
七、負(fù)責(zé)統(tǒng)計、審閱、呈送各種報表、報告及本部門辦公用品的申領(lǐng)、保管、發(fā)放等工作。
八、負(fù)責(zé)處理辦公室各種日常行政事務(wù),掌管本部門印章。
九、匯集整理各種相關(guān)信息,掌握動態(tài),適時給部門經(jīng)理的管理決策提供參考。
十、做好與公司各部門及有關(guān)外單位的協(xié)調(diào)、溝通、接待工作。
十一、積極完成部門經(jīng)理及上級相關(guān)部門交辦的其他工作。
